4. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship nationwide and to most international destinations.
However, delivery to certain remote areas or restricted countries may not be available due to carrier limitations or customs regulations.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Teerift.com has no control over these additional fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, postal code, and contact number) are correct before finalizing your order.
Teerift.com is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to address issues, you may be responsible for paying the reshipping costs.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, once the package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier first to file a claim.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@teerift.com with your order details and tracking information, and we will do our best to assist.
We are not liable for any damages or losses occurring after delivery confirmation by the courier.
8. Delayed Deliveries

We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (depending on carrier availability)
